Delivery Calendar Our shipping delivery commitment calendar is a very sophisticated program that will assure you that we can fill your order and meet the delivery dates color coded on the calendar. In fact ... you won't be allowed to place the order for an invalid delivery date. All of our products are shipped by Federal Express. They have a morning pickup time here in Hawaii from which we have set our order cutoff time. The "Next Shipping Day" is displayed in the heading of the delivery calendar. The calendar is dynamically displayed, that is, color coded at the moment you enter the destination zip code and click on the "Shipping Calendar" link. Everything is keyed to the zip code you enter! It is critical to have the correct zip code! The delivery services available from Federal Express vary from area to area and the services available are determined by the zip code you enter. You may want to order several items. Each to be delivered to different people, in different locations with different delivery services available. Each possibly requiring a different delivery date. To handle this we have associated the delivery date to each item separately. This means that you must enter the zip code with each item and then again with the delivery address. Our address varification will let you know if the zip code is incorrect but since you entered it with the product to set the delivery date ... the only way to correct the errant zip code is to remove the item from the shopping cart and start over. We decided that was a small price to pay to assure a timely delivery. There is a color key to the right of the calendar. If a day on the calendar is colored yellow product can be delivered with the shipping service included in the price of the product. The day that is colored red is the earliest possible date the flowers can be delivered. There is an extra charge that will be automatically applied to your purchase to uprade to this delivery service from FedEx. In most areas there are 2 levels of this "Overnight" service, AM, before noon, and PM, before 5:00 PM. You indicate this by selecting the desired radio button associated with the service you desire. Saturday delivery, if available in the delivery area, is indicated by coloring the day green. Of course it's not quite that simple! There might be 2 shades of green ... look carefully! If you are placing your order after our Wednesday cutoff time the first available Saturday may require "Priority Saturday" delivery. This day will be colored dark green and the remaining Saturdays will be a lighter green. Both services require additional charges. If a day on the calendar is colored grey it means that it is impossible to get product delivered on that day. If both weekend days are colored light blue this means that there is no weekend delivery in this area. Extended delivery times may be due to product availability or to national or company holidays. Address Verification Having the correct address is very important when delivering flowers. Be sure to have the complete address at hand before you enter the shopping cart. There is a link to an address verification routine that will let you compare your address to Federal Express's extensive address database. You will have the option of keeping the adress you entered or accepting the address verification. Top of Page

Federal Express Package Tracking We will send you the Federal Express Package Tracking number as soon as we have it. Frequently we are not able to generate the tracking number until the product is packaged. And since everything is packaged fresh on the day of shipping we will often have to send you tracking number by email. Once the package is picked up by Federal Express you can follow the package through the entire delivery process. Simply return to our web site and click on the "Track a Package" link.
